Class schedule:

Dru Yoga: with Clare

  • Monday – 9.30am to 11.00am
  • Tuesday – 3.30pm to 5.00pm

Dru Yoga – a gentle but powerful yoga that works on strengthening your core stability and bringing flexibility into your spine. The unique difference with Dru is the Energy Block Release Sequence (EBR) that is included in every class. This sequence of movement has been specifically designed to remove the emotional blockages that lodge in our bodies as we go about our everyday life. During our interactions with people, places and situations we can feel many things. Sometimes we will be uplifted and other times we may be drained and tired. A Dru class will reenergise, refresh and rebalance you on all levels of your being, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
